The Department for the Categorization of Institutional Care and Hospitals, in accordance with Section 9 of Act No. 540/2021 Coll., has published the 2025 evaluation of the hospital network. The evaluation is available in the Documents section under “Hospital Network” – “Hospital Network Evaluation.” The evaluation methodology is also available in this section. 

In the evaluation process, we distinguish between regular and comprehensive evaluations. A regular evaluation applies to inpatient healthcare providers (PÚZS) properly included in the network and their duly approved programs. The comprehensive evaluation includes all categorized hospitals and all programs that have been assigned to them in the past (i.e., it also includes conditionally assigned programs).
