If I have a medical record (KP) where procedure 8f302 was performed.1 Percutaneous therapeutic puncture and aspiration of the pleural cavity; the grouper classifies the KP under MS 27-24 only based on the diagnosis J90 (pleural effusion), but both the health insurance company and the grouper require the main procedure to be specified. If we enter it, the KP will be moved to medical service S24-06 Non-Vascular Interventional Radiology I (simple biopsies, drainage procedures, etc.). We do not have a contract for this medical program.
