Dobrý deň. Moja otázka smeruje k Programu č. 48 a 49: Neonatologický program a Program intenzívnej starostlivosti v neonatológii. Je možné, že jeho účinnosť bude posunutá na neskor ako 1.1.2026. Je možné že do konca roka 2026 bude upravené/zredukované povinné MT vybavenie?

Thank you for your suggestion, Decree No. 531/2023 Coll. has been updated as of 1 January 2026. As part of the update, the original Programme No. 48 - Neonatology Programme and Programme No. 49 - Neonatology Intensive Care Programme were merged into one programme, which is effective from 1 January 2026 under the name Programme No. 48 - Neonatology and Neonatology Intensive Care Programme. The requirements for material and technical equipment and staffing were consulted with the main representatives of the Neonatological Society of Slovakia in the process of preparing and updating the decree. In the event that the current form of the Decree proves inadequate or inappropriate in application practice, specific expert comments can be submitted for renegotiation through the Neonatological Society of Slovakia, on the basis of which further modification of the Decree can be considered.
