Hello, the “5. Production” section also includes hospitalizations that do not fall under the provider’s approved programs. The information in this section is based on data that OKÚSN receives from health insurance companies. Each hospitalization case in the received data is assigned a medical service in accordance with the current version of Decree No. 531/2023 Coll. on the categorization of inpatient health care. The output at a given level of a specific program is then the sum of the medical services belonging to that program (i.e., they are not shared with another program). Any discrepancy in the recorded output is therefore likely the result of incorrect or outdated implementation of the decree by the software vendor for the provider or incorrect reporting. In section “8. DP Compliance,” only those supplementary programs assigned to the provider were evaluated.
