Question

When the main procedure code 5m1200 is provided for the main diagnosis C78.6, the case is not included in the oncological surgery program. Since this procedure is not listed in Appendix 13 (only in Appendix 9), the case is assigned to the diagnostic service within the clinical oncology program (not within the surgical programs).
