Requiring the selection of the primary procedure in a configured IS check based on the “complexity” of DRG procedures, as defined in the explanatory notes in Appendix No. 13— “The MS is determined based on the order of the lines in the decree, i.e., from the first procedure specified in the decree to the last procedure specified in the decree,” causes problems in determining the primary procedure. The order of the lines listing the procedures does not correspond to the complexity of the procedures.

Thank you for your suggestion, the complexity of the individual procedures in Annex 13 has been discussed with the experts and partially adjusted.
