In Annex No. 1 to Decree No. 531/2023, under Program No. 33 (Infectious Diseases Program), the Program Profile states that Level V is supplementary (until December 31, 2029).It will become mandatory as of January 1, 2023. In Appendix No. 2, Program No. 33, “Infectious Diseases Program,” is incorrectly listed as mandatory.

Hello, according to the currently valid programme profile (Annex No. 1 of Decree No. 531/2023 Coll., programme No. 33), the programme in question is supplementary until 1 January 2030, from which time it is to become compulsory for Level V hospitals in its Level V. In your feedback you talk about the obligation of the medical services themselves, but this only applies if you, as a hospital, have been allocated this programme, and therefore, as you do not currently have this supplementary programme, this obligation of the medical services of level V does not apply to you.
