Question

The “40-21 Chemotherapy” medical service in the “P Clinical Oncology” program is always included in the “ZD Internal Medicine” program as well (including the procedures “Comprehensive and Intensive Block Chemotherapy...). A case with HDg. C83.3 ...lymphoma... and HVK 8m303.33 Comprehensive and Intensive Block Chemotherapy... is classified exclusively in the “P Hematology and Transfusion Medicine” program at Level 3 in MS “32-26 Therapy for Oncohematological Diseases Following Consultation with a Higher-Level Center.”
