Thank you for your suggestion. The current legislation already addresses this issue through the concept of a partner hospital under Act No. 540/2021 Z. z., which already permits a main hospital to collaborate with a partner hospital to fulfill the full range of mandatory programs within its program profile, specifically on the basis of a contractual relationship between them. Therefore, the mechanism you are proposing to add to Annex No. 3 already exists and is functional.
